The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to enhance our desktop experiences and marketing pages. Through thoughtful layout choices and polished visual design, you will expand our product reach to diverse audiences and devices.
You will be part of a design-centric organization that values and champions design thinking at all levels. What You'll Do:
Design landing pages
Create page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Strategically position products and features in content and layout
Contribute to the marketing design system by defining typography, color, components, and graphics
Develop web product features
Design features for the web version of the application, adapting existing features or crafting new experiences
Contribute to the web design system
Produce visuals and animations
Establish processes for creating graphics using tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI
Craft product mockups showcasing app experiences
Create brand-related spot and hero graphics
Data and Analytics
Establish performance goals for the website and specific pages
Analyze current analytics using tools like Mixpanel
Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to determine tracking requirements
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Experience in cryptocurrency, with knowledge of trading basics
- More than 4 years of product design experience in digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating professional website design and branding
- Proficiency in Figma with expertise in components, variables, and styles
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, and AI
- Problem-solving skills with a strong foundation in user-centered design and UX principles
- Familiarity with various research methods and the ability to choose the appropriate approach
- Strong product vision using data and experimentation for direction
- Exceptional communication skills in articulating design decisions to stakeholders
- Leadership skills and the capability to build strong partnerships with product managers and engineers
