Senior Product Led Growth Manager

Ava Labs is currently seeking a Senior Product Led Growth specialist to steer the rapid expansion of their AvaCloud product. The successful candidate will concentrate on enhancing the user experience to pinpoint, qualify, convert, expand, and retain customers. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for devising the business strategy to capitalize on the AvaCloud product suite to fuel customer acquisition.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Define the roadmap for features geared towards boosting adoption and engagement within our enterprise business. Lead the development of these features from conception to execution in collaboration with our product and marketing teams.
- Utilize product usage data to drive growth and optimize adoption rates.
- Qualify leads generated by product usage and facilitate their conversion.
- Establish and refine systems to engage with and quantify users' journey.
- Develop, implement, and assess multivariate A/B tests to demonstrate incremental impacts across new and optimized features.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Engineering departments to implement a cohesive lifecycle strategy aimed at raising awareness, driving adoption, enhancing utilization, and ensuring the retention of critical high-value features.
- Define key metrics such as customer lifetime value, product qualified leads, cost per lead, user activation rate, churn rate, time to value, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a product led growth role, ideally within a B2B SaaS/PaaS setting.
- Proficiency with platforms like Hubspot and other tools for marketing and sales automation.
- Strong grasp of B2B demand generation principles, including basics of lead scoring and funnel progression.
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid project management skills, including experience with tracking systems like JIRA and Confluence.
- Prior experience in data-driven marketing, product development, data science, or marketing. A strong orientation towards data and customer-centricity is essential for success in this role.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members. Positive outlook and adaptive to a start-up environment experiencing rapid growth and maturation.
- Experience with SaaS/PaaS is a plus.
- Keen interest in Web3 with an understanding of blockchain technology.
Salary Range: $135,200 to $168,800 (Actual offer may vary based on factors such as experience and location.)
