About the Role
The Product Manager position at Hiro offers a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the Hiro platform and other products. You will collaborate closely with top-tier engineers and designers, contributing to the advancement of the Stacks ecosystem. This role allows you to interact with senior leadership and influence product development in an exciting and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Hiro platform, aligning goals with the overall vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product strategies and roadmaps for various Hiro products.
- Work closely with engineering, product marketing, and design teams to efficiently execute roadmaps.
- Establish key product KPIs and implement processes to utilize metrics for informed decision-making.
- Engage with senior leadership at Hiro to ensure consistent alignment and effective communication.
- Master the art of storytelling, from conceptual product requirements to engineering specifications, and collaborate with marketing teams on product announcements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in building and launching products, with a focus on SaaS platforms or developer-facing products.
- Possess a strong technical background, comfortable with engineering aspects, technical documentation, and developer tools.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Mixpanel and Optimizely.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in leading early-stage products, developing product strategies, and engaging with technical teams.
- Experience in managing projects with high levels of ambiguity, from initial discovery to adoption.
- Comprehensive understanding of modern software development processes and project management tools.

- Familiarity with DevOps, application architectures, deployment, and operations.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 (benchmark adjusted annually regardless of location)
