About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dedicated team working on crafting high-quality blockchain explorers for web3 users and developers. Our goal is to make blockchain information accessible to everyone and provide a user-friendly way to understand on-chain data. With years of development, our multi-chain explorer has become a global leader in blockchain data services, serving various users with comprehensive data analysis of major blockchains.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our consumer-facing multi-chain explorer product. You will incorporate the latest web3 trends and insights into product features that enhance the web3 experience. Your expertise in data analytics will be utilized to improve our products and drive user growth. This role also involves engaging with our community users and partners to showcase updates, insights, and contribute to advancing industry standards for blockchain data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay on top of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners.
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development, particularly focusing on product traffic volume and improvement opportunities through data analysis and optimizations.
• Drive consumer adoption and growth by introducing innovative product features that capture the latest consumer behavior trends.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product features, from defining and prioritizing the product roadmap to keeping in touch with customer needs, go-to-market performance, and challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience with a minimum of 1-3 years in product management and growth, preferably in a large-scale internet company. Experience in the blockchain or crypto/defi industry is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing complex product development projects on a global scale, including launching products for international markets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and user interaction teams.
• Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency and customer obsession. Excellent eye for good design and user experience.
• Proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with the DeFi ecosystem and contract interaction details.
• Rich experiences in exploring DeFi protocols.
• Previous experience in user growth in a large-scale internet or web3 company.
