About the Opportunity
Responsibilities
Lead the research and product design efforts for our DEX aggregator, preparing detailed Product Requirement Documents, prototypes, and related documentation.
Collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, operations, UI/UX, R&D, and testing, to ensure the successful development and launch of the DEX aggregator project.
Oversee the entire product life cycle, design data analysis metrics, and regularly analyze daily data to enhance product performance.
Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher with 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in finance and computer science.
Hands-on experience in web3, DeFi, Swap, and Bridge technologies while having previously used DeFi ecosystems extensively.
Proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with international colleagues and users.
Possess a strong sense of ownership, effective project management skills, along with competencies in project management, user experience, user growth strategies, and a thorough understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.
