Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Growth & UX)

Role Overview:
We are searching for a skilled Product Manager to drive user acquisition and product growth from the beginning through deployment. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead an innovative platform in transforming the way financial transactions are approached. You will have the chance to deploy products and features worldwide and collaborate with diverse team members for creating remarkable offerings.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Exchange’s Experience roadmap with a focus on delivering a world-class user experience.
-Enhance trading onboarding workflows. -Ensure seamless onboarding and KYC experiences. -Connect with other products to offer a cohesive user experience.
Implement Data-Driven Decision Making strategies.
-Set up event tracking for analytics. -Develop dashboard views for product performance insights.
Plan strategies to grow the Exchange collaborating with Growth and CRM team for retail campaigns.
Define product features.
-Create detailed product specifications. -Optimize outcomes by making necessary trade-offs.
Work closely with delivery and engineering teams for product development.
-Collaborate with QA engineers for comprehensive test plans. -Manage the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery.
Engage with Business and Sales Teams for user feedback.
Keep track of market trends and represent the domain in cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in Crypto trading or exchange platforms.
- Knowledge of Growth or CRM initiatives for at least 2 years.
- Strong data-informed decision-making skills with a user-oriented approach.
- Ability to create an efficient and low-friction onboarding experience.
- Experience in delivering successful software or financial products on a large scale.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach.
- Effective communication skills for collaborative work.
- Understanding of APIs and willingness to learn new concepts.
