Senior Product Manager, Growth & Expansion (US Derivatives)

Our Product Management team spearheads product initiatives from conception to implementation, driving impacts and introducing products/features on a global scale. We collaborate closely with various team members across functions such as engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to deliver exceptional features and products.

We are in search of Product Managers to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals with a visionary mindset to architect and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes financial practices. As a Product Manager, you will drive significant influence and launch products/features worldwide through close collaboration with diverse team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the US derivatives product management and strategy.
• Develop and launch innovative derivative products and features.
• Work closely with business development teams to expand market presence.
• Create and maintain the team's roadmap in alignment with strategic priorities.
• Develop product specifications, conduct user studies, manage backlogs, and ensure efficient product launches.
• Engage with customers and industry partners to understand and address their needs.
• Prioritize projects effectively while considering tradeoffs.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Represent the team in communications with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in US listed derivatives markets.
• Data-informed approach centered around user needs.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products.
• Experience in shipping successful software or financial products at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results.
• Strong collaboration skills with various team members including designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth.
• Preferably possess domain knowledge in retail trading and institutional trading.
• Exhibit humility in interactions and work approach.
