About the Opportunity

Join our institutional custody team, where we provide a comprehensive custodian solution tailored to the dynamic needs of institutional clients. From account setup and custody to off-exchange settlement, we play a pivotal role in defining industry standards for the crypto custodian sector. As a Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead impactful projects in collaboration with esteemed financial institutions, trading firms, and banks.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end solutions for custodian and off-exchange settlement models, encompassing asset management, settlement calculation, and reconciliation processes.
• Enhance the custodian risk management framework by identifying and addressing different risk categories within the custodian lifecycle.
• Establish a credit evaluating system to manage counterparty and credit risks for collaborating custodians.
• Streamline custodian account reconciliation methods to ensure the delivery of precise and complete reconciliation data.
• Oversee project milestones and liaise with various teams including developers, designers, compliance, legal, and risk management units.
• Mentor junior product managers on custodian standard practices and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree with substantial experience as a product manager, preferably in a reputable blockchain or financial organization.
• Proficient in infrastructure backend logic to facilitate seamless collaboration across asset, Web3, and trading development teams.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in trading, blockchain technology, and the financial sector.
• Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset towards product development.
• Skilled in logical thinking, adept at communicating and influencing within cross-functional team settings.
• Approach tasks with a proactive and enthusiastic demeanor, focused on delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, an added advantage for interactions with Chinese-speaking colleagues.

Desirable Qualifications

• Prior experience in custodian services and infrastructure and risk management for off-exchange settlement.
• Familiarity with designing or trading financial products like stocks, funds, forex, futures, and options is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and using data analysis to gain insights.
• Experience in team leadership roles.
