About the Opportunity
Our institutional custody team provides a holistic custodian solution tailored to meet the diverse needs of institutional clients. From account setup to custody services and off-exchange settlements, we aim to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the crypto realm. Serving as industry leaders in establishing standards for crypto custodianship, the Senior Product Manager role presents the opportunity to spearhead impactful projects in collaboration with prestigious financial institutions, trading firms, and banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end lifecycle solutions for custodian and off-exchange settlement models, encompassing asset management, settlement calculation, and reconciliation.
- Enhance the custodian risk management system by identifying and mitigating different risk types, establishing standard operating procedures for risk events.
- Create a credit evaluation system for collaborating custodians to manage counterparty and credit risks effectively.
- Improve custodian account reconciliation methods to ensure the provision of accurate and comprehensive reconciliation data.
- Oversee project progress, collaborating with developers, designers, compliance, legal, risk teams, and other departments.
- Mentor junior product managers on custodian standard solutions and risk management practices.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree with substantial experience as a product manager, preferably within a reputed blockchain or financial institution.
- Possess knowledge of infrastructure backend logic to enable seamless collaboration with asset, Web3, and trading development teams.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in trading, blockchain, and the financial industry.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong product ownership mindset.
- Excellent logical thinking skills with a collaborative approach to work across teams.
