About the Opportunity

The Financial Product Team aims to provide secure, simple, and reliable crypto financial services to users worldwide. With a focus on user satisfaction, the team is responsible for key functions related to earn and loan products.

Through continuous improvement and enhancement of these core aspects, the Financial Product Team endeavors to provide customers with an exceptional user experience. This includes empowering individuals to earn crypto safely and easily borrow crypto.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create and manage industry-leading loan products for cryptocurrencies.
• Optimize user experience of the product for retail investors.
• Collaborate with the growth team to develop go-to-market strategies and propose product enhancements based on market feedback.
• Design loan products based on user scenarios to drive overall platform loan growth.
• Gather user requirements, analyze competitors' products, and generate product ideas to improve the user experience.

What We Look For In You:

• In-depth knowledge and experience in the financial industry, including designing and managing fixed income, loan products, and financial derivatives in banks, securities firms, or asset management institutions.
• Strong understanding and experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency, with a willingness to continuously learn in this industry.
• Innovative mindset and ability to creatively solve problems.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, relevant experience in the financial industry, and fluency in English for business communication. Master's degree or higher from a reputable financial institution is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

• Experience in the cryptocurrency industry, including obtaining licenses and approvals for crypto-related businesses.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international crypto regulations and emerging trends.
