Our Product Management team leads product initiatives from ideation to implementation, driving impactful launches of products and features globally. We collaborate closely with various teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to deliver innovative solutions.

We are seeking Product Managers to spearhead product initiatives from start to finish. This role offers a unique opportunity to architect and oversee a transformative platform in the financial industry. You will lead the launch of products across a global landscape, working in collaboration with diverse team members to bring exceptional features to fruition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and prioritize strategic objectives
• Define features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, oversee testing plans, manage backlog, and ensure timely product launches
• Conduct customer interviews to build empathy and address their needs effectively
• Prioritize projects and initiatives while considering necessary trade-offs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team in interactions with cross-functional departments
• Manage specific features within product lines

Requirements:

• Utilize data-driven insights with a user-centric approach
• Display a passion for creating customer-focused products and experiences
• Previous experience in successfully launching and refining software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive approach towards achieving results
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various team members, including designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
• Preferred expertise in retail trading or gamification
• Exhibit humility in your work and interactions with others
