(Senior) Product Manager, Sports

The Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution, impacting and launching products/features globally. Collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other teams is crucial to deliver exceptional features and products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligning with strategic priorities
• Define features, write product specifications, conduct user studies, iteratively improve based on feedback, create test plans, manage backlog, and ensure timely product launches
• Conduct interviews and engage with customers to understand and address their needs effectively
• Prioritize projects, make tradeoffs as necessary, and oversee initiatives with leadership
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
• Represent the team in communications with cross-functional teams
• Manage specific features within product lines and serve as a sports expert internally

Requirements:

• Essential deep knowledge of the sports domain
• Previous experience in sports is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Data-driven approach with a user-centric mindset
• Passion for developing user-friendly products
• Experience in successfully launching and iterating on software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, proactivity, and results-driven mindset
