Senior Product Manager, Subscriptions
Our Product Management team leads product initiatives from start to finish, driving impact and launching products/features globally. In close collaboration with various team members, including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers, we strive to deliver exceptional features and products.
The Subscriptions team focuses on expanding recurring revenue streams and enhancing customer lifetime value through innovative membership models, benefits, and payment experiences within our product ecosystem.
We are seeking Product Managers to steer product initiatives throughout the development process, offering a unique opportunity to shape an industry-altering platform. You will be responsible for driving product launches and impacting the global market while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive strategies, manage profitability, and define success metrics for all subscription and membership offerings.
- Execute and evaluate A/B tests related to pricing, feature access, trial periods, and payment processes to optimize conversion rates and customer retention.
- Establish and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies to align with strategic priorities.
- Innovate and introduce new subscription models, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive enrollment and reduce churn.
- Analyze subscription performance data to identify growth opportunities and steer roadmap decisions.
- Define features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product releases.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in managing subscription economics, including defining key performance indicators like LTV:CAC and assessing the impact of pricing and feature adjustments.
- Proficient understanding of payment gateways, recurring billing platforms, and integration requirements.
- Data-driven work approach with a user-centric perspective.
- Strong passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences.
- Experience launching and improving successful software or financial products at scale.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams such as design, engineering, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience in managing products with a significant recurring revenue component or in the subscription economy field.
