(Senior)Product Manager, Trading
Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to implementation and launching products/features globally. We work closely with a variety of teams including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional members to deliver exceptional features and products.
We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. This role provides a chance to architect and oversee a groundbreaking platform that transforms the financial landscape. As a Product Manager, you will lead impactful product launches worldwide, collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional features and products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities
- Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, coordinate test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and deliver products/features effectively
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are met
- Prioritize initiatives and projects, considering necessary tradeoffs
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Represent the team in interactions with cross-functional teams
- Manage specific product features within a product line
Job Requirements:
- Employ a data-informed approach with a user-centric mindset
- Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
- Experience in successfully launching and improving Software or Financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to deliver results
- Strong collaboration skills with various functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification
- Demonstrate humility in working with others
