Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of new products targeting Bitpanda's Trading Community.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, overseeing the entire product lifecycle.
• Innovate existing products and develop new strategic approaches.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring compliance with budgets and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, identifying and resolving potential challenges related to product development, security, and scalability while enforcing industry standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the fintech sector with a successful product launch track record.
• Expertise in creating user-friendly products and a focus on enhancing user experience.
• Adaptability to ambiguity, guiding product definition, feature prioritization, and scope determination for each project.
• Proficient in analytics, data-driven decision-making, and utilization of analytical tools like Tableau or Qlikview.
• Preference for experience in large-scale web/mobile applications, ideally within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
