About Your Potential Team

The Trading Product Group at OKX spearheads the conceptualization of all the offerings on our derivatives trading platform, encompassing spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, and trading options.

We are in search of a seasoned senior trading product manager to join the Trading Experience team. This role entails overseeing the development and rollout of our product by framing and executing product strategies, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring alignment with traders' needs in the onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading journey.

Main Responsibilities

• Devise risk monitoring strategies and solutions for our cryptocurrency asset trading lineup, managing aspects like mark price, liquidation system, and insurance fund.

• Enhance risk control protocols, streamline the risk management system, mitigate losses from anomalies, and bolster the insurance fund corpus.

• Conduct ongoing risk evaluation on the launched risk control system, refining it systematically based on feedback.

• Stay attuned to real-time market data and risk metrics, swiftly identifying and addressing potential risks. Implement risk management and control plans promptly.

• Oversee project advancement, liaising with developers, designers, marketing, operations, and other teams.

• Mentor junior product managers in formulating risk control methodologies.

Qualifications We Seek

• Holds a Bachelor's degree accompanied by prior experience as a product manager, ideally from a reputable internet or blockchain firm.

• Demonstrates a keen interest in trading, blockchain, and financial aspects.

• Exhibit proficiency in product design, project management, and adeptness in deciphering user requirements through data analysis.

• Ability to reason logically, collaborate effectively, and communicate efficiently. Proven capability to organize resources, solve problems, and achieve objectives across various departments.

• Exhibits a proactive, earnest attitude towards customers and team members.

• Proficient in English; familiarity with Chinese considered advantageous but not mandatory for cross-functional collaboration with the tech team.

Desired Skills

• Prior experience in designing or trading financial instruments like stocks, funds, forex, futures, options is valued.

• Demonstrates analytical depth, with extensive skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and other data processing tools.
