What You'll Be Doing
Take charge of the global OKX cefi account system (user center), including overall product planning, roadmap creation, milestone organization, and goal achievement.
Conceive, design, develop, and deliver our proprietary security product and system.
Oversee and review all aspects of the End to End Risk Framework deliverables.
Collaborate closely with different teams to identify, advise, and escalate significant product risks across various regions.
Demonstrate a pioneering and leading mindset within the industry, conducting in-depth research on industry trends, identifying user needs, and spotting market opportunities.
What We Look For In You
Highly motivated and client-focused individual with a high energy level.
Extensive experience in user center/account services and risk management within the ecommerce/crypto/finance industry.
Ability to effectively work with global and cross-functional teams.
Previous work experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies like Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, and others.
Proficient in solving complex problems, driving customer and business value, and possessing excellent empathy and business-oriented thinking.
"Driver" mindset with a bias toward action, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to delivering results.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin would be highly preferred as a working language for cross-functional collaborations.
