About the Marketing Team:

What You'll Do:
We're in search of a talented and self-driven Product Marketer to join our team and contribute to the growth and adoption of the MetaMask Developer Platform. In this role, you will inspire, educate, and empower developers globally to create impactful decentralized applications (dApps) using the MetaMask SDK and our suite of APIs. You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute our Developer Go-To-Market strategy, driving adoption, engagement, and success within MetaMask's growing developer ecosystem. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the SDK marketing strategy to attract and engage developers, promoting the adoption and usage of the platform's SDK within the developer community.
- Identify target developer segments, understand their needs, pain points, and motivations, and tailor messaging and resources to support them.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning for developers seeking to leverage the SDK and API library to enhance user experiences in their dApps.
- Translate messaging into action through new feature launches, content, campaigns, events, enablement programs, and more.
- Collaborate with Product and Developer Relations teams to build out our Developer Center, including relevant content such as documentation, tutorials, sample code, blog posts, and videos, that showcases the value and capabilities of the SDK.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and developer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation, API expansion, and SDK improvements.
- Represent MetaMask and engage with our community through active participation in relevant in-person, digital, and on-chain events.
- Gather feedback from developers to understand their needs, challenges, and suggestions, using this input to drive continuous SDK improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in product marketing or developer marketing, with a deep understanding of the motivations and needs of technical audiences.
- Strong technical acumen. Experience driving adoption and engagement for APIs and/or SDKs is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Ethereum developer ecosystem and its core technical audiences. Strong candidates will have hands-on experience building wallet-connected Web3 dApps.
- Comfort with data analysis. Ideal candidates can interpret product and market signals, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies over time.
- Experience engaging developers through event programming, hackathons, and other activations.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling positioning, messaging, and developer content.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across the organization, delivering outcomes through cross-functional working groups.

Compensation:
For US-based candidates, the salary range (excluding bonus, equity, or other benefits) will be determined during the interview process. Anticipate a base salary ranging from $130,000 to $198,000 USD.

$175,000 – $245,000 USD base + significant carry + equity + full benefits
