Requirements
Core Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
6+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a Senior QA role with experience in complex business systems.
Proficiency in mini-program debugging tools and mobile testing frameworks.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python and automation development frameworks like TestNG or Pytest.
Hands-on experience with Cypress for front-end automation; knowledge of modern front-end stacks like React or Vue is advantageous.
Practical knowledge of API testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and leadership experience in mentoring team members and optimizing testing processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
