Our HR team plays a crucial role in supporting leaders and employees across hands-on and strategic levels. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the talent search and engagement strategy, encompassing Employer Branding and handling the complete talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding at Crypto.com
- Manage recruitment timelines, meeting defined hiring objectives and KPIs
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to define job profiles and responsibilities for different roles based on organizational needs, and implement effective sourcing strategies for critical positions
- Successfully conduct talent searches within set timelines, establish metrics, identify and address challenges, and prioritize activities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Coordinate and support recruitment and onboarding activities efficiently
- Act as a key member of the HR team, providing insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy, and HR plans to management
- Primarily focus on regional recruitment, including executive and technology hires
Requirements:
- Hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Possess over 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a track record of successful hires within short timelines
- Demonstrated ability in executive search recruitment in the technology sector, engaging effectively with senior candidates and stakeholders
- Quick learning ability for new markets and proficient in running high-quality search processes, including leadership research, outreach, evaluation, and presentation
- Good understanding of employment laws and related policies
- Enthusiasm for Technology, Disruptive Models, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management
- Prior experience in Financial Service hiring is desirable
