Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust security solutions, continuously monitor security threats, and protect sensitive data to ensure the security of CertiK's networks and systems.
- Research and create tools to identify security vulnerabilities in smart contracts, improve audit efficiency, and ensure security through formal verification, static analysis, and fuzzing techniques.
- Establish and enforce security policies, manage vulnerabilities, and respond to incidents promptly.
- Review source code and security design, conduct threat modeling, and provide guidance to software development teams.
- Curate a blockchain security vulnerability database based on common attack vectors and historical breaches.
- Analyze abnormal transactions, assess their impacts on blockchain projects, especially DeFi ecosystems, and develop detection mechanisms.
- Monitor and defend systems against security breaches, and offer technical cybersecurity consultation services.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Security Informatics, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science with a cybersecurity focus.
- Deep knowledge of solidity, smart contract development, and blockchain technology.
- Proficiency in threat modeling and security reviews for programs written in various languages like Solidity, JavaScript, Python, C, C++, Go, and Rust.
- Strong abilities in incident analysis, bug tracking, and providing technical solutions.
- Advanced skills in development and scripting using languages such as Python, JavaScript, Solidity, and Rust.
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $190,000 annually, with the final offer depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
