Senior Software Developer - Golang

We are seeking a proactive team player to collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for various projects closely related to our core businesses. This role involves actively contributing to the design of scalable applications by working on both frontend UI and backend infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of backend services, propose and review architectural decisions, engage in design activities, code development, conduct code reviews, and implement products that connect developers and end-users.
• Enhance and expand retail trading products into new regions and territories.
• Address and resolve complex issues within a large-scale backend infrastructure.
• Ensure the continuous delivery of reliable and responsive trading information to our customers.
• Offer technical support to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Lead projects with a mindset focused on embracing innovation and exploring new technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance the technology stack for long-term engineering projects.
• Maintain documentation for all implemented code and features.

Requirements

• Passion for developing high-quality products that address real-world challenges, adept at utilizing a variety of technologies, self-driven, quick learner, and possess a proactive attitude towards accomplishing tasks.
• Willingness to accept constructive input from others, driven to constantly improve, and open to facing new challenges.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, capable of managing competing requirements from various stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with financial domain knowledge and Blockchain technology would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Golang, and experience in other programming languages would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is preferred.
• Experience in handling scalability, security, and performance optimization.
