About the Team

Responsibilities

• Innovation and Maintenance: Design and implement crucial enhancements to Everclear's codebases to elevate product quality and ensure protocol reliability.
• Ownership: Assume responsibility for maintaining and enhancing elements of the current stack, particularly focusing on backend infrastructure.
• Quality Assurance: Support comprehensive system monitoring and alerting to uphold the resilience and dependability of the infrastructure.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams within the organization to solve varied on-chain and off-chain product challenges.
• Communication: Proficiently articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Remote Team Coordination: Effectively collaborate with remote teams across different time zones to ensure seamless communication and project advancement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive experience in constructing and managing large-scale production systems.
• Proficiency in Typescript.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics architectures.
• Experience in utilizing AI/ML in a production environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic familiarity with Ethereum development paradigms like Ethers and Hardhat.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with peer-to-peer networks and consensus systems.
• Proficiency in Solidity.
• Expertise in DevOps tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.
