Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing customer-centric products and internal tools, ensuring code performance aligns with company coding standards and includes robust unit test coverage. Identifying system bottlenecks and enhancing application response rates.
- Collaborating with engineers, product managers, business units, and senior leadership to translate product and technical visions into actionable quarterly roadmaps.
- Taking charge of the technical aspects of our infrastructure by aligning platform capabilities with customer requirements through the creation of tailored applications.
- Reviewing and monitoring software applications to maintain optimal functionality.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent field, preferably in Computer Science.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in the development of large-scale web applications.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in writing production code using Python, Java, or Golang.
- Proficiency with AWS, including familiarity with modern web technologies like AWS cloud services, MySQL databases, Redis caching, and messaging tools such as Kafka/SQS.
- Comfortable working on backend systems and exploring backend or datastore functionalities as needed.
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and asynchronous architectures.

Work closely with team members to figure out what should actually be built
Integrate backend systems with Layer-1 blockchains, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational resilience
Build services such as blockchain indexers, event processors, chain APIs, wallet services, and transaction pipelines
Design and improve blockchain workflows around transaction execution, event monitoring, reconciliation, and failure recovery
Make trade-offs between scalability, security, observability, maintainability, and business priorities
