Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager, you will drive the vision and development roadmap for FalconX's Trading and 360 UI platforms. Identify opportunities for establishing new client relationships, building and managing a pipeline of potential opportunities, leading to active relationships with a diverse range of institutional clients, including funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, and retail aggregators

Explore innovative methods to engage with prospective clients, such as hosting client events and participating in conferences

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets in FalconX’s high-achieving environment

Collaborate with other FalconX teams, including client coverage and trading, to ensure client satisfaction with FalconX’s offerings, fostering enduring advocacy for our services

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in sales, coverage, or trading, specifically with institutional investors (Preference for experience in digital asset investments and trading)

5-8+ years of relevant experience

Proven track record of executing successful strategies to build a strong client portfolio

Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition and manage complex transactions efficiently

Strong ability to advocate for client needs within FalconX, including engaging with senior management and cross-functional teams in Product, Trading, and Compliance

Sales-minded, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset

Experience in digital assets/traditional funds, trading firms, hedge funds, fintech, or banking

Passion for the digital assets industry

Excellent communication skills
