As the Strategic Program Manager, you will oversee crucial projects across FalconX related to Legal, Compliance, Risk, Trade Operations, and Business Operations. Acting as the key interface between functional leaders in these areas and the Vice President of Operations, you will take charge of projects from inception to completion, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Markets, and Operations teams to deliver pivotal results.

Responsibilities:
- Make a significant impact: Advocate change and drive outcomes in line with FalconX's ethos of making a difference in the world.
- Program & Project Management: Act as a valuable link, fostering collaboration within the organization to streamline communication and remove obstacles, ensuring project progress.
- Leadership: Represent the operations teams’ requirements and goals in place of the VP of Operations when needed.
- Communication: Effectively communicate Operations priorities and timelines to the broader organization.
- Adaptability: Show flexibility to meet organizational needs, including switching contexts and supporting projects across various domains.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Program Management, Startup Operations, or similar roles.
- Robust background in financial services, especially in areas such as net interest margin, risk-weighted return on capital, and treasury management.
- Initiative-driven individual with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate concisely, persuasively, and authentically, both orally and in writing.
- Perseverance and determination to overcome challenges.
- Exceptional judgment, integrity, confidentiality, and sophistication in all work aspects.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in the crypto industry is a bonus.
- An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
Compensation:
This full-time role offers an anticipated annual compensation ranging from $160,000 to $265,000, which may vary depending on the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation and benefits include overtime pay (where applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-based bonuses, paid time off (including sick leave), Company holidays, participation in equity and 401k plans, and competitive health, dental, and vision benefits, subject to plan terms and Company policies.
