Marketing Manager Position

We are looking for a motivated and innovative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Marketing Manager, your role will involve supporting the execution of diverse marketing campaigns, event planning, lead generation strategies, and close collaboration with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns spanning various channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.)
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential customers
  • Coordinate and promote virtual and in-person events, such as webinars and conferences, and monitor engagement impact
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with their requirements and provide high-quality leads and sales resources
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends
  • Create compelling content (articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to reinforce marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, particularly in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech B2B environments
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and project management software
  • Familiar with lead generation techniques and sales enablement strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract insights
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative setting

Salary Details:

This is a full-time role with an anticipated annual compensation ranging from $110,000.00 to $160,000. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and other pertinent criteria. Additional compensation and benefits include performance-linked bonus, relocation assistance (when applicable), overtime compensation, participation in equity and 401k plans, competitive health, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, and paid Company holidays, all subject to respective plan documents and Company policies.
