Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)
As a Customer Success Associate within our Sales and Revenue function, you will take on a pivotal role in managing client relationships and supporting business development efforts. Your primary focus will revolve around guiding new clients through onboarding, platform familiarization, and providing ongoing assistance. Your role demands a mix of financial expertise, strong communication skills, and proactive client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for client queries and issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- Aid in onboarding processes, including KYC/KYB documentation verification for new accounts.
- Analyze client requirements, offer tailored solutions, and liaise with internal teams efficiently.
- Ensure clients are well-versed in utilizing FalconX products by providing necessary guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed client interaction records and provide feedback for service enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and FalconX offerings for informed client support.
- Contribute to expanding our client base through networking efforts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Occasional quarterly travel within the USA.
- Participation in mandatory company trainings.
- Regular in-person availability for meetings and client interactions.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality.
- Flexibility to undertake additional duties as assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in client service roles, preferably in finance sectors like crypto trading or asset management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree.
- 2-3+ years of experience in financial client service or account management.
- Proficiency in sales tracking software.
- Fluency in English.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with programming languages like C++, Python, Java, etc.
- Experience in the crypto or digital asset sphere.
- Secondary language proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, or French.
