Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful management reports to stakeholders, focusing on financial results, key performance indicators, and variance analysis
  • Create impactful presentation materials that effectively convey financial forecasts, business performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership
  • Build strategic relationships across the organization and collaborate as a thought partner with various teams
  • Offer decision support through thorough business analysis on revenue and cost initiatives, return on investment analyses, and other assigned projects
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on specific expense or revenue lines to uncover drivers and potential improvements for financial performance enhancement
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure precise and prompt financial reporting
  • Assist in developing the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, scenario analysis, and pivot tables
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, utilizing data, metrics, and financial modeling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Collaborative nature with the skill to build relationships across teams
  • Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in all aspects of the role
  • Passion for the crypto and web3 space demonstrated through personal or professional engagement and staying informed on industry trends

Compensation

This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $100,000.00 - $135,000. Actual compensation may vary based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation and benefits include overtime pay (where applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (inclusive of sick time), paid Company holidays, participation in equity, 401k retirement plan, and competitive health, dental, and vision benefits.
