Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the annual budget and continuous forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with the People and Talent teams to budget and forecast headcount requirements
  • Analyze specific expense or revenue lines to comprehend their drivers and seek methods to improve financial performance
  • Aid the Accounting team in the month-end closing process
  • Create and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful management reports to stakeholders, showcasing financial results, key performance indicators, and variance analysis
  • Develop compelling presentation materials for financial projections, business performance, and risks/opportunities to leadership
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects requested by senior management
  • Focus on enhancing forecast methodology, accuracy, and efficiency through process automation
  • Build business relationships across teams and serve as a strategic partner

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas, scenario analysis, and pivot tables
  • Previous exposure to FP&A and ERP software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills using data, metrics, and financial models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse teams
  • Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and delivering results
  • Willingness to be hands-on and engage in all aspects of the role
