FalconX is currently looking for a skilled Quantitative Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Quantitative Developer, you will contribute significantly to enhancing our trading capabilities and optimizing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid Python background, experience with large datasets, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of Rust or C++ is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the trading team to design, enhance, and maintain trading strategies.
- Support existing strategies through monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Identify and address system issues and inefficiencies through testing and debugging.
- Manage and optimize strategy research pipelines.
- Work with trading and engineering teams for enhancing and supporting trading systems including high-performance execution systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python is essential.
- Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with C++ or Rust is a plus.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 infrastructure is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and evolving digital assets industry.
Compensation:
The base pay for this role ranges between $171,500 and $246,500 USD, with additional forms of compensation such as a performance-linked bonus, equity, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors like skillset, experience, and qualifications.
