Responsibilities
- Provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various systems, including Macs, PCs, Windows 10, MacOS, Google Workspace, wireless devices, antivirus software, and security software.
- Set up user accounts and deploy laptops for new users.
- Assist with access management, employee onboarding and off-boarding.
- Support security and compliance tools such as EDR (Endpoint detection and response), MDM (Mobile Device Management), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and other security software.
- Address IT issues via communication platforms like Slack, Google Meet, and internal ticketing systems.
- Document procedures and steps for internal team reference using dedicated documentation platforms.
- Manage an inventory of all hardware, software, and computer peripherals.
- Perform any additional tasks as required.
Experience
- 5-9 years of IT experience within a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Preferably a degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science, though not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Can work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Capable of efficiently prioritizing work amidst fluctuating demands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team.
