Responsibilities of Chief of Staff to CEO:

In this role, you will oversee significant projects impacting FalconX directly under the CEO's guidance. Acting as a primary link between various teams and functional leaders, you will lead end-to-end project management, collaborating across departments like Product, Engineering, Markets, Operations, Revenue, and People to deliver essential results.

This position offers a unique opportunity to be prominently involved in impactful projects while directly engaging with executive management.

Key Duties:

  • Make a significant impact by driving change and delivering results at FalconX.
  • Manage programs and projects effectively, fostering seamless communication and collaboration within the organization.
  • Represent the voice of the CEO and leadership, advocating for project requirements and objectives.
  • Efficiently communicate priorities and timelines to all team members.
  • Stay adaptable to meet organizational needs, including context switching and supporting projects across various domains.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in Management Consulting, Program Management, Startup Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills.
  • Strong determination and high operational efficiency.
  • Excellent judgment, integrity, and confidentiality in work execution.
  • Experience in strategic initiative planning and execution.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Background in Financial Services or Cryptocurrency is advantageous.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.

The estimated base pay for this position ranges from $160,000 to $250,000 USD. Beyond the base pay, additional compensation opportunities like performance-linked bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits will be available. Final compensation for successful candidates will be determined based on factors like skills, experience, and qualifications.
