Role Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Take ownership of features from concept to launch, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance.
• Solve complex technical challenges, especially in large-scale applications.
• Advocate for enhancements in code quality, security, and performance throughout the team.
• Collaborate on establishing and enforcing internal coding standards and best practices for scalability.
• Develop and maintain high-performing applications for customers.
• Create and evaluate test cases for new features.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer using Python, Go, React, and JavaScript.
• Proven track record of developing, testing, and delivering user-focused products across the different layers of development.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable operating in a Linux environment with scripting skills.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies such as cloud platforms (preferably AWS), MySQL databases, Redis caching, and messaging tools like Kafka or SQS.
• Ability to thrive in an agile, iterative software development environment.
• Strong communication skills to discuss technical topics, propose solutions, and address organizational challenges effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (IIT/NIT or equivalent) is preferred.
• Interest in Blockchain and Decentralization is a bonus.

Additional Skills:

• Previous experience with C++, Rust, or Java.
• Background in early-stage product startups.
• Familiarity with Spot and Derivatives trading or high-frequency trading.
• Deep passion for continuous learning.
