Role Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality code for both front-end and back-end systems.
- Take ownership of features from concept to launch, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance.
- Solve complex technical challenges, especially in large-scale applications.
- Advocate for enhancements in code quality, security, and performance throughout the team.
- Collaborate on establishing and enforcing internal coding standards and best practices for scalability.
- Develop and maintain high-performing applications for customers.
- Create and evaluate test cases for new features.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer using Python, Go, React, and JavaScript.
- Proven track record of developing, testing, and delivering user-focused products across the different layers of development.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Comfortable operating in a Linux environment with scripting skills.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies such as cloud platforms (preferably AWS), MySQL databases, Redis caching, and messaging tools like Kafka or SQS.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, iterative software development environment.
- Strong communication skills to discuss technical topics, propose solutions, and address organizational challenges effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (IIT/NIT or equivalent) is preferred.
- Interest in Blockchain and Decentralization is a bonus.
Additional Skills:
- Previous experience with C++, Rust, or Java.
- Background in early-stage product startups.
- Familiarity with Spot and Derivatives trading or high-frequency trading.
