Location: Hybrid-Based (New York City, NY)
As a pivotal member of the Sales and Revenue team, the Account Manager will play a vital role in overseeing client relationship management and business development activities. Responsibilities include assisting in client onboarding, providing platform demonstrations, and ensuring ongoing client support to bolster client satisfaction and drive company growth. This role necessitates a blend of financial expertise, effective communication skills, and a proactive client-centric approach.
Core Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Aid in essential onboarding processes and ensure completion of KYC/KYB documentation for new accounts
- Assist in completing DDQs for new clients to ensure compliance with KYC/KYB guidelines
- Analyze client requirements and offer customized solutions by collaborating with internal teams
- Possess in-depth knowledge of FalconX products to empower clients with self-service capabilities
- Provide continuous support to clients, aiding in resolving platform-related challenges swiftly
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions
- Share feedback with management on client satisfaction and areas for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and FalconX products/services to offer informed client support
- Contribute to expanding the client base through networking and relationship-building endeavors
Additional Responsibilities:
- Travel quarterly within the United States, estimated approximately 4-8 times per year
- Participate in all mandatory company trainings
- Regular in-person presence required for internal team support and occasional client/coworker meetings
- Proven punctuality, strong time management skills
- Flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated performance in a client service role, preferably in crypto trading, prime brokerage, or asset management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service orientation and client-focused mindset
- Autonomy and collaborative teamwork proficiency
Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3+ years in financial client service or account management
- Experience using sales tracking software
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in programming languages like C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, SQL, etc.
- Experience in crypto or digital assets
- Secondary language proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, or French

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with estimated annual compensation ranging from $60,000.00 to $105,000. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications, and relevant factors. The position includes various forms of compensation such as overtime pay (where applicable), performance-based bonuses, equity participation, 401k retirement benefits, inclusive health, dental, and vision benefits, and paid time off and company holidays.
