Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager, you will drive the vision and development roadmap for FalconX's Trading and 360 UI platforms. Your duties will encompass defining priorities and creating new functionalities to enhance client interactions with FalconX's lending products. Collaborating with Engineering, your role will involve building and deploying robust Trading systems, execution capabilities, and portfolio management tools. Working alongside cross-functional teams spanning Trading, Capital Markets, Risk Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other product teams, you will translate customer needs into innovative product roadmaps. Additionally, you will oversee UI/UX requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience through collaboration with other product managers and the front-end engineering team.
General Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in product management/engineering in fast-paced environments, engaging with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams.
- Demonstrated capability in designing efficient workflows and user-friendly experiences.
- Deep expertise in brokerage infrastructure management, including front, middle, and back office operations.
- Extensive background in developing trading and risk-related products within banking, asset management, or hedge fund sectors.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset suited to a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding team collaboration skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of end-to-end ownership and successful project delivery.
- Strategic thinker with a methodical approach to managing multiple projects.
- Skilled in business scaling and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Proficient in cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent influence-building abilities across various roles and organizational levels.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing trading products for entities like broker dealers, prop trading firms, hedge funds, or clearing firms. Knowledge of the crypto industry is a plus.
- Previous involvement as an early/founding team member at a growth-stage startup.
- Possession of an MBA, FRM, or CFA certification would be beneficial.
Compensation:
The full-time position offers an anticipated annual compensation ranging from $151,000 to $254,000. Actual compensation will be contingent upon factors such as expertise, experience, qualifications, and pertinent variables. Additional compensatory benefits include overtime pay (if applicable), relocation support (where required), performance-related bonuses, paid time off, Company holidays, equity participation, 401k retirement benefits, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage subject to relevant plan terms and Company policies.
