Overview

We are in search of a Manager of Revenue Operations to enhance our Revenue Operations function significantly. This pivotal role involves spearheading strategic initiatives, overseeing Salesforce operations, and managing a team composed of a Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer, and an SDR. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in Salesforce management, RevOps, territory management, sales enablement, and project management. They should also demonstrate a strong understanding of driving business growth through lead management and engagement. This role plays a critical part in FalconX's mission by executing strategic decisions based on robust data analysis and industry best practices.

The Manager of Revenue Operations will have the opportunity to autonomously lead the core Revenue Operations functions, engaging collaboratively with senior leadership across the organization.

Key Role Responsibilities

Salesforce Management

  • Oversee Salesforce Operations accounting for a significant chunk of day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to a Salesforce Architect and Salesforce Developer.
  • Ensure the effective handling of the Salesforce request backlog.
  • Develop and optimize a reliable system for request intake and prioritization.
  • Act as a leader for cross-functional stakeholders utilizing Salesforce for various needs such as Compliance and Product.
  • Manage the collaboration between Salesforce requirements and other Revenue Function aspects.
  • Supervise maintenance of Salesforce roles, profiles, public groups, and user licenses.
  • Handle system licenses and contracts.
  • Lead Salesforce training initiatives for the Revenue function.
  • Manage overall Salesforce administration and system architecture, guiding system developers and architects according to business needs and priorities.

Revenue Operations

  • Support critical Revenue Operations Projects, comprising a significant portion of daily responsibilities.
  • Develop strategies for Revenue Function Operational and Organizational Models.
  • Establish and oversee sales territories and rules of engagement.
  • Structure and operate client-facing teams efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and advance solutions for broader organizational challenges.
  • Provide support in running weekly performance reviews for the revenue operations team.
  • Assist in compensation modeling, quarterly revenue forecasting, and tracking revenue attainment.
  • Contribute to onboarding initiatives and identify growth opportunities in the market.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to address training needs and enhance sales productivity.

Top-of-Funnel Growth

  • Contribute to business growth initiatives at the early stages, forming a portion of regular duties.
  • Lead Intake and Qualification, overseeing the SDR to drive top-of-funnel lead intake.
  • Manage and execute the broader vision of the SDR function.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for seamless top-of-funnel operations.
  • Ensure smooth integration of Marketing systems with Salesforce.

Compensation
