Impact

We are in search of a skilled Institutional Sales Executive to drive success across the segment by providing mentorship to the sales team. This role involves working with large complex clients, setting high standards for success continuously, and building lasting relationships with customers among other key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to expand FalconX's institutional client base
  • Identify and assess new prospects including hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors
  • Foster enduring relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure outstanding client satisfaction
  • Align sales activities with business objectives in partnership with leaders
  • Conduct industry research and attend conferences as necessary

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience
  • Crypto industry experience, specifically a minimum of 1 year at a crypto prime brokerage firm, with in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, underlying technology, and regulatory landscape
  • Expertise in equity sales, derivatives, and hedge fund sales
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition
  • Proficient in managing large complex clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and time management
  • Sales-driven, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with FalconX's product portfolio, particularly trading and prime brokerage services
  • A deep passion for the crypto sector

Advantages

  • Prior experience in investment banking, prime brokerage, or buy-side firms is advantageous
  • Enthusiasm for the crypto space is highly valued

Compensation

This is a full-time role with an anticipated annual compensation ranging from $125,000.00 to $180,000. Additional compensation and benefits include overtime pay (if applicable), relocation aid (if needed), performance-based bonuses, paid time off, company holidays, participation in equity and retirement plans, and competitive health, dental, and vision benefits subject to respective plan documents and company policies. Commission and discretionary bonuses are also applicable.

This position is based in our New York City office.
