Role Overview

We are searching for a Senior/Staff-level AI Agentic Engineer with a merger of robust software engineering skills and practical AI experience to construct real-world AI systems, departing from the theoretical realm. In this position, you'll be responsible for designing and executing AI-driven products, taking initiatives from inception to completion, and aiding in establishing AI development best practices throughout the organization. Collaboration with Product teams will be essential, guiding the company's technical direction and nurturing a robust AI culture within the team.

Responsibilities

• Craft agentic workflows and AI-enhanced products.
• Drive the development and deployment of production-grade AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure quality software delivery.
• Lead the concept-to-execution of vague problems and initiatives.
• Mentor fellow engineers to elevate AI proficiency within the team.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI standards, models, and development practices.
• Develop scalable and sustainable solutions in a diverse working environment.
• Promote collaboration and transparent communication across teams.

Required Skills

• Over 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI-related domains.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangSmith, and MCP Servers.
• Proven track record of building and deploying operational AI/ML systems.
• Extensive experience across the ML lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and contemporary AI methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python or a major AI/ML programming language.
• Ability to thrive in diverse working environments.
• Hands-on experience building products from inception.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and advanced English proficiency.

Desirable Skills

• Strong experience with Python.
• Proficiency in Ruby or Django for integrations.
• Experience designing feature stores, embedding systems, or ML observability platforms.
• Exposure to large-scale APIs and high-throughput backend systems.
• Background in infrastructure supporting ML operations.
