We are currently looking to expand our core engineering teams in various areas including:
- Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP): Developing essential capabilities that enable seamless interoperability between blockchains.
- Blockchain Integrations: Responsible for integrating upcoming blockchains into the Chainlink platform and establishing strong relationships with the founding engineers.
- VRF & Capital Markets: Building innovative solutions to bridge the gap between decentralized and traditional finance through providing liquidity in the capital markets industry via the CCIP.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional engineering experience in a collaborative product-driven environment.
- Expertise in Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust as core languages.
- Passion for blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals.
- Remote work proficiency within distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in communicating project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of blockchain and Web 3.0 technologies as either a web3 developer or backend service developer.
- Contribution to the open-source community.
- History of mentoring and supporting junior developers.
