Senior Software Engineer - Developer Infrastructure

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop infrastructure for efficient creation of test environments and replicating production-level traffic
- Lead the blockchain upgrade strategy to balance safety and iteration speed effectively
- Define and manage release cycles, ensuring compatibility across dYdX protocol, backend services, web, and mobile apps
- Enhance engineering team productivity and enforce engineering best practices
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal product outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a full-time developer
- Proficiency in writing secure, optimized, and high-caliber code while possessing a solid understanding of CS fundamentals
- Keen interest in the software development lifecycle and fostering engineer productivity
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, open-source software release, and developer infrastructure
Salary range for this position is between $175K to $270K USD in New York, with compensation varying based on experience and location. The provided salary bands are indicative and exclude potential variable compensation elements like annual raises, bonuses, commissions, or equity incentives.
