We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join various core engineering teams, including:
CCIP: Developing the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol to enhance interoperability between blockchains.
Blockchain Integrations: Managing integrations of upcoming blockchains into the Chainlink platform while establishing relationships with founding engineers.
VRF & Capital Markets: Creating innovative solutions to bridge the gap between decentralized and traditional finance using CCIP.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience in a collaborative product-driven environment.
- Expertise in one or more core languages like Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust.
- Passion for blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in computer science fundamentals.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a distributed team spread across different time zones.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in directly managing project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of blockchain and other Web 3.0 technologies either as a web3 developer or backend service developer.
- Active participation in the open-source community.
- Track record of mentoring and supporting junior developers.
Our Selection Process
We have a role-agnostic hiring process for core engineering teams, determining fit based on competencies and aligning candidates with the right team throughout the process. Candidates get a chance to interact with engineers and leadership from our core teams to determine mutual compatibility.

All positions at Chainlink Labs are remote and globally based. Candidates are expected to have overlapping working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST) unless specified otherwise.
