The Product Team

Our remarkable open-source Web3 data search and product development platform is Pythia. It allows users to effortlessly search, design, build, and store their crypto and Web3 data products within their wallet, similar to ERC20 assets. With Pythia Search acting like Google for data, users can ask any question and receive instant answers. Our high-performance query tool provides access to a vast array of on-chain and off-chain data and simplifies writing SQL queries. Pythia also offers extensive customization and visualization options to create impactful data products. Whether a seasoned developer or a beginner, Pythia empowers users to bring their data product ideas to life.

About the Role

In the role of Senior Product Owner for Pythia, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the future of decentralized data infrastructure. You will play a critical role in improving, scaling, and innovating Pythia's infrastructure to enable users to create data products (queries) and merge them into customized dashboards for specific industries or business use cases. Your leadership will guide Pythia's expansion into new realms, including public health and scientific research.

• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to align work with product strategy.
• Make difficult trade-offs considering product, customer, engineering, and security requirements in relation to time and resources for delivery.

Qualifications

• Recognize the societal need for decentralized systems, open-source networks, and the democratization of data.
• Demonstrate a track record of out-of-the-box thinking to provide innovative perspectives and solutions.
• Possess self-awareness, insatiable curiosity, lead by example, and earn the respect of peers.
• Deep understanding of distributed streaming data processing, data integration, data warehousing, and data lake concepts.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience in writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company, application, or product environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a product or technical role that involves communication with engineering and delivery teams.
