Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a skilled Cybersecurity Product Manager to spearhead the development, supervision, and enhancement of our cybersecurity product range. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in cybersecurity, coupled with experience in product and project management, showcasing a successful history of delivering premium IT security solutions. As the Cybersecurity Product Manager, your responsibilities entail overseeing the complete product lifecycle, from conception and creation to launch and ongoing enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and oversight of our cybersecurity products to ensure alignment with market demands and industry benchmarks.

  • Establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap in harmony with the company’s overarching business goals.

  • Collaborate with diverse teams, such as engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure efficient product development and launch.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to spot trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within stipulated timeframes and scopes.

  • Evaluate and analyze product performance using metrics and feedback to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Offer technical guidance and assistance to internal teams and clients, addressing any cybersecurity product-related issues or queries.

  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to uphold the cutting-edge and efficacy of our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on cybersecurity or IT security products.

  • Profound understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry standards.

  • Exceptional project management competencies, exemplified by a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Superlative communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen with a proactive approach to obstacle identification and resolution.

  • Proficiency in utilizing product management and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or analogous platforms.

  • Dedication to integrity, accountability, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Possession of relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Crypto or Fintech industries is desirable.

  • Knowledge in machine learning or AI domains is considered a plus.
