Software Development

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in software development, AI engineering, or automation-focused roles.

Programming: Strong hands-on experience with Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

AI/ML: Proven track record in NLP/NLU, machine learning model deployment, especially in chatbot and customer service contexts.

GenAI/RAG: Practical experience in implementing Generative AI solutions and constructing RAG architectures.

Domain Knowledge: Direct involvement in customer support automation and AI chatbot development. Familiarity with financial technology processes, particularly KYC and payment processing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI workflow software such as Dify, n8n, or other Agentic AI frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scaling AI/ML services.
