Responsibilities
- Identify research opportunities in collaboration with product managers, designers, content developers, and data analysts.
- Establish research panels and maintain an ongoing user feedback system.
- Develop research roadmaps and gain stakeholder consensus on objectives and timelines.
- Lead the execution of various qualitative and quantitative research projects, from planning to reporting.
- Effectively communicate research findings to facilitate a deeper understanding of user requirements within teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience leading research studies, showcasing the impact of research on product and design decisions.
- Proficiency in primary qualitative and quantitative research methods such as usability tests, interviews, surveys, card sorting, and tree testing, integrated with data analysis from product data and support tickets.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to educate teams on user research insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with extensive experience may be eligible for the Senior UX Researcher position.
- Experience collaborating with product teams (PM, Design, etc.).
