Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in devops, infrastructure, SRE, or platform roles
- Proficiency in software development beyond typical infrastructure configurations
- Experience in deploying or extending an internal developer platform to streamline processes for other engineering teams
- Track record of leading cross-team initiatives with measurable impact on business outcomes
- Strong skills in shell scripting and at least one higher-level language
- Proficient in Linux
- Expertise in designing, deploying, and supporting large real-time systems
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, alerting, and end-to-end tracing
- Background in distributed systems and container orchestration
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to actively engage in planning meetings and code reviews
