Role Description
We are seeking experienced senior auditors and developers with smart contract auditing knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will be working on projects written in Solidity and Cairo. Rust and/or GoLang experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who understands the Ethereum Virtual Machine, Yellow Paper, and the Solidity language. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge Blockchain technology and collaborate with different teams involved in Ethereum and StarkNet.
Responsibilities
- Review code and enhance the security of protocols in the Ethereum and StarkNet ecosystems.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve existing blockchain security tools using modern software engineering practices.
- Develop new blockchain security tools.
- Engage in client meetings to discuss security improvements and best practices.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
- Solid experience in Solidity security analysis.
- Strong understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and Yellow Paper.
- Proficiency in Solidity development and smart contract deployment.
- Detailed knowledge of common smart contract vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks used for smart contract development and security analysis.
- Strong debugging and reverse engineering skills.
- Basic knowledge of Cairo and StarkNet.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in traditional cybersecurity.
- Experience in Cairo development.
- Deep understanding of StarkNet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with common DeFi applications.
- Portfolio of blog posts or presentations on DeFi or security-related topics.
- Publicly available audit reports in your portfolio.

Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication

Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
