The Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for a seasoned and analytical individual as a Social Media Lead within the Everclear Foundation. The ideal candidate is responsible for building, implementing, and refining an exceptional social media strategy to elevate brand awareness, educate core audiences, and foster growth for Everclear. On a daily basis, you will lead content creation and deployment across various social platforms, collaborate internally to develop comprehensive strategies, and experiment with different content approaches to enhance social media impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Deployment: Develop and distribute engaging content tailored to diverse target audiences on various social platforms.

• Multi-channel Social Media Strategy: Create and execute an innovative social media strategy specialized for the web3/DeFi sector while targeting consumer and institutional audiences.

• Experiment and Optimize: Utilize analytics and social listening tools to conduct experiments, analyze performance, and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Manage Emerging Channels: Proactively identify and utilize new channels to engage previously untouched audiences effectively.

• Visual Collaboration: Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing static and dynamic visuals for social media content.

• Amplify Ecosystem News: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to amplify ecosystem-related news, boosting Everclear's brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in social media/content marketing, with at least 2 years focusing on the Web3/DeFi space.

• Content Mastery: Proficiency in creating short-form content suitable for both Web3 retail and institutional audiences.

• Data-driven: Expertise in leveraging analytics tools to drive strategies, optimize performance, and enhance content initiatives.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while collaborating with technical and creative teams.

• Deep Web3 Knowledge: Strong understanding and interest in crypto-native culture and DeFi dynamics.

• Collaboration and Communication: Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating under pressure, and effectively communicating the results of content initiatives.
