Description
We are seeking individuals for two distinct roles—one based in the US and the other in Asia. The US-based role focuses on engaging our community through social media, aligning with US trends and collaborating with local partners. The Asia-based role involves coordinating closely with local partners in the APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social growth strategies that are culturally relevant and strategic.
- Establish clear guidelines for content themes and audience targeting per social media channel.
- Generate trending initiatives and viral content to maximize marketing opportunities and community engagement.
- Collaborate with partners to maintain a consistent brand voice and quality standards.
- Define social performance metrics, goals, and conduct data-driven evaluations to enhance impact and ROI continuously.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media Management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in AI technology and tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and posting tools.
- Knowledge and experience in content and campaign management, video production, photoshoots, and social media marketing.
- Ability to create, edit, and repurpose content; familiarity with design tools is beneficial.
- Interest in the financial services industry and current industry trends.
- Excellent team player, well-organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
